Yezid Vergara‘s calendar page sets the stage for fall and starts the count down to cold weather. Vergara is a professor at La Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia and still believes in the trade of the artist. Yezid loves his work – loves creating images. WEN was so happy to meet Yezid in 2013 at the annual gathering in Massachusett. His dedicated study and exacting drawing and engraving skills have been seen in several WEN print exchanges, projects, and, of course, the annual calendar.
